     The Senshan Transparent Factory started construction in 2015, with a designed production capacity of 250 million yuan for Senshan brand Tiepi Fengdou capsules, 95 million packs of Tiepi Fengdou granules, and 20000 Senshan brand Tiepi Dendrobium Ganoderma lucidum and Western ginseng extracts. It has three workshops, including pre-treatment workshop, solid preparation workshop, and extract workshop, including Chinese herbal medicine cleaning, crushing and screening, extraction and concentration, with an estimated annual output value of 2.5 billion yuan.

The company's design follows national energy conservation and environmental protection requirements. The thermal energy recovery system uses water cooling to recover the heat generated during equipment operation through an air compressor, which is then used for public hot water such as canteens and employee bathhouses. At the same time, the high-temperature water generated by the boiler system is returned to the boiler room through a thermal vacuum recovery system, reducing heat loss and saving more than 20% energy.

At present, the air purification system in the company's workshop adopts a three-level filtration method of primary, medium, and high efficiency, controlling the temperature of the production workshop to 18-26 ¡æ and the relative humidity to 45-65%. The company's air conditioning purification system adopts automatic control, and a control center is set up to automatically monitor and control the temperature and humidity of the air conditioning supply system.

The workshop process water uses two-stage reverse osmosis purified water with a water production capacity of 1 ton/h and an internal control conductivity of less than 4 ¦Ì s/cm. Currently, the monitoring can reach about 0.8. The system is controlled by a sensor flowmeter and can basically achieve unmanned operation. By using self-control control, energy consumption can be reduced by about 25%, which is both energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

Extraction workshop: Currently, the production adopts the boiling and concentration process, with a daily processing capacity of 2.5 tons of medicinal materials. It uses semi-automatic feeding and fully automatic slag removal system, and adopts the popular automatic extrusion slag removal process in China. The slag removal truck has an investment of 650000 yuan, reducing the labor intensity of employees.

      The company strictly controls the quality of its products and adopts advanced production and processing equipment. For example, the capsule filling position uses the GF3005 automatic capsule filling machine produced by Bosch in Germany, with a capacity of 180000 capsules per hour. After production, automatic polishing of capsule granules and metal detection devices are used to automatically remove capsules with metal foreign objects, effectively ensuring product quality and protecting consumer interests.
